This U-shaped reinforced air intake rubber hose is precision compression molded for automotive engine intake systems. It features reinforcing ribs on the outer wall and built-in brass threaded inserts for sensor and accessory mounting. Manufactured to IATF 16949 automotive standards, the EPDM material delivers stable heat resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance in high-temperature engine bay conditions. We support OEM & ODM customization. Pipe diameter, bending radian, quantity and position of brass inserts can be adjusted according to your drawings or samples to match different vehicle models.
