What services does LT-Rubber provide?
LT-Rubber is a China-based custom manufacturer for molded rubber & silicone components, supporting customers from prototype sampling to mass-volume serial production. Our core scope includes compression molding, transfer molding, LSR liquid-silicone Dosing, in-house compound formulation, DFM review, tooling making, quality inspection and full export documentation. We serve industries including medical analytical devices, automotive, home appliances and industrial sealing systems.

Where are your parts manufactured?
All rubber and silicone products are produced in our 3,500 m² facility located in Shenzhen, China. Silicone and black-rubber workshops are physically separated to eliminate cross-contamination. Most processes are completed in-house for better quality control and lead-time management.

Can we visit your factory for audit?
Yes, customers are warmly welcome for on-site factory audit and tour. Please contact our sales team in advance to arrange your visiting schedule. Virtual video tour is also available if on-site travel is not convenient.

Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect our design IP?
Absolutely. We are ready to sign your NDA template or our standard confidentiality agreement before reviewing drawings and starting development work. All project-related documents are kept confidential internally.

How many machines do you have?
We own over 80 sets of automated production & test equipment, including 25 sets compression molding, 3 sets transfer molding, 2 sets LSR dosing systems.3 sets rubber performers, 4 sets vulcanizing ovens, 4 sets deflashing machines. We also have a full range of inspection devices such as hardness testers, tensile testers, compression set testers and ageing ovens for material & finished part testing.

Does LT-Rubber provide First Article Inspection (FAI) service?
Yes. First Article Inspection (FAI) is available as part of our quality assurance process for production runs and critical rubber & silicone components. We verify full dimensions, material properties and visual requirements against your drawing specs before mass production. PPAP packages are also supported for any projects upon request.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no strict MOQ requirement. We support everything from one-off prototype samples to low‑, mid‑ and mass‑volume production runs for custom rubber and silicone parts.

How do you ensure part quality?
We follow a closed-loop IQC‑IPQC‑FQC‑OQC quality control system to ensure consistent process control and traceable production. Quality is maintained through in-process inspection, final inspection before shipment, and performance / dimensional testing using our lab equipment for critical rubber & silicone parts. We also support customer-specific inspection requirements, such as dimensional reports, tolerance-based inspection, and first article inspection (FAI) when required.

Do you provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback?
Yes. Our engineering team reviews your 2D drawings and 3D CAD files, evaluates key manufacturability factors such as geometry feasibility, rubber shrinkage, tolerances, material selection and production efficiency. DFM feedback is typically provided during the quotation stage or upon request for more complex molded rubber and silicone parts.

What rubber & silicone materials can you process?
We work with a broad portfolio of elastomers: VMQ / LSR Silicone, EPDM, NBR, FKM (fluoro-rubber), FVMQ, HNBR, CR, NR. We can adjust custom compound formulations for requirements such as low-extractables, anti-UV outdoor weathering, low compression-set, oil-resistance or drinking-water contact.

What molding processes are available?
-Compression molding: for medium-high volume rubber / silicone seals, diaphragms, gaskets -Transfer molding: for complex-geometry precision rubber parts -LSR liquid-silicone Dosing: for high-purity liquid-silicone components We select suitable process based on your geometry, material and annual volume target.

What tolerance standard do you follow for rubber parts?
Our default dimensional tolerance follows ISO 3302-M2 (rubber-part standard). Tighter critical tolerances can be achieved depending on part geometry, hardness and mold design. Please mark special tolerance requirements on your 2D drawings.

What file formats do you accept for quoting?
We prefer STEP (.stp / .step), IGES (.igs) files. 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) with tolerances and material specs are also required for formal quotation.ness testers, tensile testers, compression set testers and ageing ovens for material & finished part testing.

Do you offer surface finishing options?
Yes. We provide rubber & silicone finishing including cryogenic deflashing, manual trimming, tumble deburring, anti‑dust dry‑touch coating, pad printing and silk‑screen printing. Matte or glossy texture can also be achieved by mold surface treatment. Custom surface treatment is available per your requirements.

Can you produce parts from customer drawings or physical samples?
Yes. We accept 2D drawings (PDF/DWG), 3D STEP/IGES files or physical reference samples. Our engineering team will run DFM feedback before tooling release.

Do you make molds in-house?
We partner with a trusted mold workshop whose founder is a senior former member of the Lt-rubber team. We have maintained this 30-year long-term partnership. We oversee all mold design, technical review, trial and validation in-house. This stable collaboration ensures reliable mold quality, reasonable cost and fast sampling lead-time. Both prototype molds and production-grade molds are available.

What is your typical sampling lead-time?
For new projects with new tooling: sample turnaround normally takes 7–10 working days, subject to part complexity. For existing-mold repeat orders, samples can be provided much faster.

What quality management certificates do you hold?
Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certificates. We run full-loop IQC-IPQC-FQC-OQC quality control covering raw-material incoming through final shipment.

Can you provide compliance documents for European markets?
Yes. Batch-by-batch declarations for RoHS, REACH are available. We also support FDA, LFGB for food- / drinking-water-grade elastomer parts. Material traceability and FMD material-declaration can be supplied upon request.

What test reports can you supply with parts?
We can provide technical data sheet, COA certificate of analysis per batch, dimensional inspection reports, first-article-inspection (FAI / PPAP-level documents) for critical serial-production projects. Our in-house lab completes hardness, tensile, compression-set and ageing testing.

What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
We do not enforce rigid MOQ. We support prototype sample orders, small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production. Tooling investment will be required for brand-new custom shapes.

Do you provide free samples?
Existing standard samples can be offered free of charge; customers cover the freight cost. For brand-new custom parts, sampling-cost / tooling-cost will be quoted separately.

What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T bank wire transfer, PayPal. For long-term verified customers, net-credit payment terms can be discussed upon internal approval. We can issue pro-forma invoice for your internal purchasing approval process.

What currency can we trade in?
Mainly USD and CNY. Please confirm with our sales for alternative currency options.

Do you deliver products worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally. We work with DHL / FedEx / UPS express for small-volume sample shipments, sea-freight and air-freight for bulk mass-orders. You may also use your own courier account.

What export documents will you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list are provided for every international shipment. Other special documents can be arranged according to your customs requirement.
