NBR Rubber Lock Washer, Custom Toothed Sealing Gasket for Industrial Equipment
Custom molded black NBR (nitrile rubber) toothed lock washer with outer alignment lugs, shore hardness 90A (actual 85A). Excellent oil resistance and good wear resistance, with strong tensile strength (14.54 MPa). The outer teeth are designed for anti-rotation positioning and stable sealing. Tested per ASTM standards, total judgement passed. Suitable for oil-sealing, anti-loose and positioning gaskets in industrial machinery, automobiles and hydraulic systems. Custom size, shape and hardness available according to drawings or samples.
