Custom injection molded C-shaped silicone snap clip, made of platinum-cured LSR liquid silicone rubber, shore hardness 70A (67-70A). It features an open C profile with inner clamping grooves, relying on silicone elasticity to snap onto shafts or posts for positioning, retaining, cushioning and anti-loosening. The material has great tear resistance and resilience, with good high and low temperature resistance and heat aging performance. It meets FDA and RoHS requirements. Widely applied in electronic components and small household appliances. Custom dimensions, color and marking can be provided according to drawings or samples.
