In March 2026, we obtained official full acceptance from XPENG Aeroht, marking our landmark achievement after a 7-month dedicated R&D initiative: 8 core silicone components for the XPCU/CDCU system of the XPENG X3 flying car were fully validated. All products meet stringent aviation-grade safety benchmarks and extreme operating requirements, laying an irreplaceable foundation for large-scale mass production.
Flying car components demand dual ultimate performance for both road driving and aerial navigation. Launched in August 2025, the project mobilized our elite technical team to conquer three critical technical bottlenecks:
In material formulation, 12 rounds of rigorous verification enabled our custom silicone material to achieve top-tier UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, with volume resistivity exceeding 10¹² Ω·cm and industry-leading lightweight density at 550kg/m³.
In structural optimization, three iterations of topological design brought the compression set rate below 5%, with all parts passing rigorous vibration tests simulating 10,000 takeoff-and-landing cycles.
In performance certification, fully compliant with IATF16949, our cross-functional team completed 16 authoritative core tests covering temperature cycling, damp-heat aging and insulation resistance. We additionally implemented exclusive aviation validation, including high-altitude low-pressure tightness and 800V high-voltage platform compatibility. All test data surpassed the customer’s technical specifications.
We deployed our proprietary full life-cycle quality control system: R&D defines top standards, precision manufacturing ensures flawless delivery. Abstract performance indicators were fully quantified into strict inspection protocols, achieving seamless compatibility with the flying car system at the design stage — securing one-time successful acceptance.
This breakthrough solidifies our strategic position within the core supply chain of global flying cars. XPENG Aeroht recognized our strong technical strength and expressed confidence in deepening long-term cooperation across more models and critical components. Moving forward, we will continue leading innovation in core technologies for new energy and aerial vehicles, empowering the future mobility industry with industry-defining products and premium solutions.
