March 2026 – In response to customer requirements for enhanced product wear resistance, our company launched a dedicated technical research initiative in March 2026. Through multiple rounds of formulation design and systematic process optimization, the project team conducted in-depth experiments focusing on material composition, ratio optimization, and molding processes, ultimately establishing an optimized solution with exceptional wear-resistant performance.
Following rigorous testing, the products developed using this solution achieved a DIN abrasion test result of 59.2 mm³, as measured in accordance with the *GB/T 9867-2008* standard (Determination of Abrasion Resistance of Vulcanized Rubber or Thermoplastic Rubber – Rotary Roller Drum Method). This outcome significantly outperforms conventional benchmarks, demonstrating outstanding resistance to wear. Subsequently, the product entered the customer’s practical application phase, successfully passing both the on-machine life test and the water spray test organized by the customer. All performance indicators met the customer’s specified technical requirements and operational standards.
The success of this technical breakthrough fully reflects our company’s deep expertise in material formulation design and process optimization, and further validates the technical capability of our R&D team in meeting customized customer requirements under complex operating conditions. Moving forward, our company will continue to adhere to a customer-oriented approach, consistently advancing product performance enhancements and technological upgrades to provide customers with more reliable and efficient material solutions.
